For some reason, when i try to build the dockerfile, i get:
`W: Failed to fetch http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/dists/-pgdg/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found [IP: 174.143.35.246 80]``
It looks like the lsb-release command fails o_O.
