Cannot adding person with the same name but different person type

Describe the Bug

If you create the patient with the same name as the specialist or vise versa, Doc Connect Pro would shows an error

To Reproduce

1. Insert add -sp n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com t/friends t/owesMoney l/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 s/Physiotherapist command
2. Insert add -pa n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com t/friends t/owesMoney t/owesMoney a/30 m/Osteoporosis command
3. The address book would notify you that the person already exist

Expected Behavior

The person should be added on the database
