This will require changes to the charts in https://github.com/amazeeio/charts/tree/main/charts/dbaas-operator to support removal of the kube-rbac-proxy and other role and service account changes. |

Update the scaffold for the project to newer kubebuilder versions and remove kube-rbac-proxy
