Ability to use a Global Hotkey to Activate Window #121

Description

@excalq

I'm aiming to replicate a functionality available with Yakuake, Guake, and iTerm2 on MacOS: A global keyboard shortcut "hotkey" to activate the single window session of Limux that I've opened. Fwiw, I'm a KDE Plasma 6 user.

I've attempted to use KDE's global shortcuts to launch the application, however this always open an additional window, not the singleton that I would prefer to keep. I've not yet tried this in other desktop environments.

In summary, either having a way to enforce singleton behavior, or better yet, provide an argument/mechanism for opening the application with a currently open window, where one exists would be ideal. This could either use the desktop environment's shortcuts tooling, or be integrated into Limux's own shortcuts.
