Feat: Allow for default area designations for bins

Issue: When creating bins, you have to click the carat to expand, then click into the "Area" area to select the area that the bin should go.

Proposed Resolution:
Allow for a default area to be selected, and additionally allow for the system to default the bin based off of the area you're in when you create the bin.

For example, if I'm in the Area called "Garage", and I add a bin, I'd expect it understand I'm adding a bin to the Garage.
