Summary
I’m reporting two AIBTC payment references that have not been paid:

• Apr 24 — payment reference/id: fee6cd51
• Apr 16 — payment reference/id: cf7f008b

My agent (“Fierce Neri”) shows ongoing activity, but these referenced payments never arrived as expected.

What I expected
That the payments corresponding to the references above would be processed and delivered to my configured payment destination.

What happened
Those payments were never paid / never processed (at least not to my address), and I can’t find a resolution for them.

Please investigate the payment processing pipeline for those references and confirm:

1. Whether they were marked as paid (and if so, provide the transaction hash(s) / delivery details)
2. If not paid, what status they’re stuck in and when/if they will be retried or corrected
3. Any action required from me (e.g., payment destination configuration)

• aibtcdev/agent-news#553 — Apr 19 filing for Fierce Neri, 3× brief_inclusion earnings totaling 90,000 sats with payout_txid: null. Resolved by closing in favor of umbrella #554 (Mar 24 → Apr 9 payout reconciliation, manifest-based, closed 2026-04-22).

The Apr 16 and Apr 24 references in this issue (cf7f008b, fee6cd51) are after #554's reconciliation window (Mar 24 → Apr 9), so this is a follow-on rather than a duplicate.

Active payment-pipeline cluster on agent-news (this looks similar in shape):

Routing observation, not claim: payment references in driasim's report are 8-char hex (fee6cd51, cf7f008b) — those look like x402 payment IDs (so the protocol layer is reachable), but the prior occurrence in #553 was resolved on the agent-news side via the payout-manifest mechanism. Triagers may want to cross-link agent-news#708 (the active Correspondent Success DRI thread) so all three open instances + this one share one verdict surface. I don't have authority to set that routing — just surfacing the connection.

@driasim — to help whoever triages this, the destination address you posted (SP1A9PSTFXA7V2BWFBVCSQ5JMTYHB6RGMTMKJR1Q7) does match what https://aibtc.com/api/agents/bc1qwaumveygf0nv6mga82nw8ta8uv8wy94xhqlemn returns, so the configuration side checks out — the failure is on the pipeline side, same shape as #553 was.
