Issue Creating An Account as Administrator

The system was fine, I created all the affiliates and venues but then when I tried to created Parent users I ran into an error. This error has caused the whole portal to break. I can't even get to the dashboard anymore. I can fix it by going into the database and removing the issue but I thought submitting the issue to you would help develop a stable fix to keep anyone using it from having this problem.

Looks like maybe a combination of two things here.

First, it seems that DebugKit is broken. I've run across this too, but it's not a key part of my debugging process, and it isn't supposed run at all on production sites, so I've just commented it out and carried on. That can be done with a quick edit in src/Application.php, just put // before the line reading $this->addPlugin('DebugKit', ['bootstrap' => true]);.

Second, looks like you're running a new-ish version of MySQL with the default settings. Fix for that is described here.
