Unable to connect to stick after switching from XE-99S to XG-99S

I followed the guide to switch from XE-99S to XG-99S, but after rebooting, I am unable to access the stick using telnet.
I am using a Mellanox CX4121A to interface with the stick.
I have tried both 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.100.1 both cannot connect.

Procedure has been corrected.

• XG>XE: Added flash_id env setting
• XE>XG: Added " ' " to the end of the env command

I noticed the missing and added " ' " manually to the end of the env command, but unable to access the stick.

After connecting the stick to serial, it just boot straight up and into XGSPON mode, however, I am stuck at O1 state when I plug in the sc connector

I created the same stick from it backup and tried XE>XGS and it switched without issue and I was able to access it at 192.168.100.1.

I think forgot to write mfginfo or dtb or it failed.
