its my first time using this... I have no idea what to do... I'm on Aegisub 9530-cibuilds-79a0655eb. any help would be appreciated.

other times I just get

I have the same error when the path to my video has cyrillic symbols. Without them, error is gone

This error happens when you already have files from previous unsuccessful trim in your folder with video
