How can you change settings once the print starts.

I'm testing out the KTC program right now. It seems to be working ok but I can not seem to change any settings once the prints start.
I'm pretty much just looking into changing the temp or fans but it doesn't seem to do anything, or if I change it through Mainsail temp UI, it reverts back to the default once the toolhead changes back.

Please provide some more info and examples of what is not working.

Right now I'm using it through here.
I haven't tried the commands link you sent.

I'm guessing it's this one

Do you mind showing me how you would type it out? I always get super confused with formatting code. Like if I wanted to change the temp from 210 to 235 on the second extruder how would I type it out.

KTC_TOOL_SET_TEMPERATURE T=1 ACTV_TMP=235
