IDS check does not find items

Describe the bug 📝

I am checking a sample model against a sample IDS file - both files can be found in IDS_DigiCorp.zip.

The IDS file has 3 specifications; the 3rd one, named "Elementi con Intonaco bianco con area > 25 m²" only finds 3 items (the slabs), ignoring 39 others that actually have the material "Intonaco bianco":

1. Load the provided IFC file
2. Check it against the provided IDS and look at the results for the specifcations named "Elementi con Intonaco bianco con area > 25 m²"
