dailyDigestService (exists, currently pod-digest oriented): per-USER digest across their pods, agent-activity-first framing, only sends when there IS something (no empty spam), unsubscribe link, env-gated like Sentry (self-hosters opt in).
- Cadence: daily if activity, weekly floor otherwise. SMTP2GO is already wired for invitation email.
- Include one actionable deep link (the pod with activity).
Metric: D7 return (today 6%). This is the direct lever on it.
