MSIX should be prioritized over MSI #90
Description
For the 1password installer, the official site says to prioritize the MSIX over the MSI, but the current winget behavior is the opposite. This is because the order of the packages in the manifest is what winget uses currently to decide preference over multiple installer types. Please re-order the msi to the bottom
