Bug Description
When installing cloudflare tunnel it fails with an error as in the picture below:

Once the install has failed you need to remove the hosts folder and replace it with a hosts file. After that the install will complete sucessfully.
Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to install cloudflare tunnel
Expected Behavior
hosts file is created
Actual Behavior
hosts folder is created
