Add the ability to run an instance in demo mode (setting in .env)

This will change the instance in the following ways

• Show default credentials on login screen
• Prohibit oidc authentication
• Prohibit Mirror Code Execution
• Prohibit account creation, edition, deletion by blocking the api requests
• do not allow changes in settings to actually take effect
