resolution for SESANS model (Trac #350)

Not sure this should go on critical list as there is plenty of work to do first on SESANS but should move it to 4.0 release for now ... as major.

#485 is only important for samples with sharp features in the correlation function, which you can find in hard condensed matter. That kind of samples is a great illustration for SESANS, but SESANS is not the best technique for those samples. So it isn’t important yet

am thus moving out 4.0 milestone to next (+1) milestone

This would be a useful feature for both Delft and ISIS. It is feasible to do this.
