Migrate mailing lists away from sourceforge (Trac #304)

With the move to github we should also move the mailing lists elsewhere.

Still need to :

1. Update aliases (help@, developers@ etc) to point to new lists
2. Download archives from sourceforge
3. Delete sourceforge lists
