Job crash (Segmentation fault) during run

I have installed RFdiffusion on my PC with an RTX 5090 and CUDA 12.8. I ran some test jobs with 10 designs and it completed smoothly. I am now trying to run longer jobs (1000+ designs), but I often encounter crashes after running for 0.5-1 hour. After checking the log file, I consistently see the error message “Segmentation fault (core dumped)”.
Have you experienced similar issues? Do you have any suggestions or workarounds to prevent this from happening?
