KIA V0 Encoder does not work

I tried to test the operation of the KIA V0 encoder, but as it turned out, it does not work, the car does not respond to the signals being sent.

Unfortunately, too few tests were done, mostly I have a KIA V5 that is not yet supported.

I see, I think even if the protocol was supported though it still would probably not work for obvious reasons, we'll have to see!

I have not gotten it to work on anything. Capture and decode appears to work reliably, but any test TX using captured and decoded signals is not recognized.
