how to preprocess TCIA dataset

I downloaded the TCIA dataset, and the dataset folder structure is as follows:


However, your code specifies the dataset path like "../data/golby_data/iUS-T2-shape-reg-005mm-crop/".
I think preprocessing the TCIA dataset is necessary.
