Adding new icon in `build.rs` requires a rust-analyzer restart

After adding a new icon-name in build.rs relm4_icons_build::bundle_icons I have to restart a rust-analyses (VSCode) for it to notice a new icon_names constant. Is this a bug on my side?

Btw, the same happens with using relm4::css::PILL. It does exist, but not actually suggested by the LSP. As well add_css_class on the gtk::Button... There is something wrong with LSP in general. Restarting it doesn't help and the code compiles without any warnings or recomendations.
