after discussion with AMD senior leader, in an effort to start MI455 gfx1250 helios off on the correct path, the goal is to have MI455X UALoE72 Helios rack CI by AMD Advancing AI on July 22 2026.

MoRI Day 0 MI455X Helios open source github CI should aim for:

• basic p2p tests
• MoRI-IO tests
• MoRI-EP tests
• MORI-SHMEM tests
• MoRI-SDMA tests
• EP16, EP32, EP48 tests
• examples/ops/dispatch_combine/test_dispatch_combine_internode.py on at least 32 gpus
• aim for as much parity coverage of all the tests here https://github.com/ROCm/mori/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml
