Correctness error in AMD kernel with `conj`

To investigate: QuantumKitHub/TensorOperations.jl#271 seems to run into some issues with a kernel that uses conj on a ROCArray, but only on Julia 1.10.
Currently unclear what or why, but keeping this issue here as a reminder.
