DaemonSet manifest missing --node_config_file arg, so hami-device-node-config never takes effect

The hami-device-node-config ConfigMap is mounted into the device-plugin container at /node-config.yaml, but the container never loads it. Per-node overrides (hami-vnpu-core, vDeviceCount, filterDevices) are silently ignored.
