bug: comparison table ARVIO column background doesn't adapt to light mode

Bug Report

What happened?

In light mode, the ARVIO column in the comparison table has a
dark/grey background that looks out of place and reduces
readability. The column highlight appears designed for dark
mode only and does not adapt to light mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Switch to light mode
3. Navigate to the comparison table
4. Observe the ARVIO column has a dark grey background

Expected behavior

The ARVIO column highlight should adapt to light mode with
an appropriate light color (e.g. light green or subtle tint).

Actual behavior

Column shows dark grey background in light mode,
clashing with the white page background.
