Subject: [PATCH] bump dstack submodule to b051018a

Pulls 315 commits of guest-agent / kms / gateway / vmm fixes into the
recipe inputs. This is the state the v0.6.1 release tarballs were
built against, so bumping the pointer here makes
`git clone --recurse-submodules` reproduce the released images.
