Issue speccing with .net7.0

Currently, this version of yak is unable to spec assemblies built with .net7.0.
By "this version" I am referring to the files being fetched from https://files.mcneel.com/yak/tools/latest/yak.exe.

It's been a minute since i set this up so I'm not surprised something broke eventually 😅

I assume this will be "fixed automatically" when McNeel releases a new version with this fix, so I'll poke them in the forums too! 🙌🏼
