display issue, timer 2 & 3. single digit for seconds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Display issue on Galaxy S5. 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Display issue only. 
Functions properly. 
Timers 2 & 3 only show single digit for seconds. Ex. 01:1  


Please include the following info:
Phone model? Galaxy S5
Android Version? 4.4.2
ROM? Stock

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat
