OIM v10.0

Please provide a minimal set of steps to reproduce the issue

fresh install of OIM Manager v10, with standalone api over the cmd. The "register" imx-session can not be found.
Tried it with the same source on different servers.

"register" imx session is not available

Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually happened

I would expect that with a fresh installation, the imx session is included, as it is choosable.
what happend is, that it is not available
