Consider replace image sprites with .SVG icons

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Since Rutorrent 5.1.5 is responsive UI which works very smoothly on mobile phones, it is a good time to replace old low-resolution gif/png sprites and instead background-image use .svg files as src for img.

I'm attaching .zip file with new-.svg files and some fixes, like better formatted ratiocolors plugin and css/sprites fixed MaterialDesign theme

Okay, but please help to find aa way to replace icons on left sidebar. Unfortuatelly Im unable to replace them to SVG icons.
