Implement the Applications view for CRUD operations, application details, systems and more.

Requirements

Core Features

• Applications details (name, module_id, instance_of, etc...)
• Create/Edit application forms with org link

Backend APIs Available

All necessary REST APIs are implemented:

• GET|PUT|PATCH/DELETE /api/applications
• GET /api/applications/totals
