Mini-elf to send post to the y2jb-webui - feature

As an alternative to polling whether y2jb has been started, could be interesting to have a mini elf with a config (or mdns, who knows)

The minielf simply sends a post to the webui address saying "hey, I'm ready to get payloads" (this also allows for multiple ps5s on the same network)

The config is simply there to give the ip of the webui in case there's no autodiscovery / broadcasts / something

This can also be what the y2jb autoloader could potentially help with, with the elf keeping port 50000 up long enough to get the lapse payload

this can also later be expanded to do a sort of check and cache on the console the payload files and the autoload config (order, active, etc)

i.e.:

1. you can send payloads remotely in passive mode (scan)
2. active mode with y2jb-autoload with the minielf
3. or caching mode where the minielf just does a get for the server "config and file changes" which would automatically update the y2jb autoload config and download to the console whatever files are missing / updated

Option 3 could be fun in case you simply want to boot up the web ui to update everything, and then have everything synced to the console

But I will understand if this is completely out of scope
