Create a way to simplify metaInfo system.

Having to type in the meta tags for each view takes lots of lines and time at the moment. As we add more pages, it will get worse.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Create a system / template / component that can be imported easily into the views to reuse code and take up less lines per file.
