Health-history should be available for Switches, Powershelves and Racks

For Machines there exists the possibility to request health history via API (FindMachineHealthHistories) and view it via admin-cli and web-ui.

For Switches, Powershelves and Racks equivalent functionality should be added:

• Health history needs to be persisted in the DB
• There should be APIs to retrieve health history
• Health history should be available in admin-cli
• Health history should be available on dedicated pages (/object_type/$id/health_history) on the web ui
• Health history should be available on the general /object_type/$id/health page
