nxcspray doesnt allow for null auth

Issue / Steps to reproduce

Supplying nxcspray with a valid list of hosts, or a single host, and attempting null auth checks, or via guest without password as shown below is currently not supported

nxcspray all hosts.txt -u '' -p ''                    
[-] Missing required flags: -u <username> -p <password>
