Increase and expand yaml configurations that can serve as examples and that can be used to improve testing infrastructure for fre-workflows.

Maybe we could even add a testing pipeline here:

• checkout fre-cli (branch or fork)
• checkout fre-workflows (branch or fork)
• choose which yaml config to test with

Potential examples:

• ESM4.5
• Update CEFI and SHiELD
• fre make null example
• fre-cli container test case
• ...
