RISC-V appears in the platform list but has never been validated on physical hardware. Close the gap between claims and verified results: full test suite, benchmarks, and a hardware profile under validation/hardware/. ESP32-C3/C6 (RV32IMC) are candidate first targets already covered by idf_component.yml.
