Add custom seasons in make_2d_summary_gridded() and make_2d_summary_ts()

When agg.time = season, you should be able to pass on custom season definitions (Winter = Dec-Feb instead of Jan-Mar). Seasons that cross over the year mark would require additional steps to check if the prior year's dates are available
