[FEATURE REQUEST]: Add Issue Templates for Better Bug Reports and Feature Requests

Description

Currently, the repository does not provide dedicated issue templates. As a result, bug reports and feature requests can vary significantly in quality and structure, making triaging and maintenance more difficult.

Proposed Solution

Add GitHub Issue Forms/Templates for:

• Bug Reports
• Feature Requests
• UI/UX Improvements
• Documentation Requests

Benefits

• Standardized issue reporting
• Better reproduction steps for bugs
• Easier issue triaging
• Reduced back-and-forth between maintainers and contributors
• Improved contributor experience

Expected Outcome

Users creating issues will be guided through a structured format, ensuring maintainers receive all necessary information from the start.
