Resolution not changing and Distant Horizons glitch when using shaders

Resolution not changing

Downloaded the mod, changed the resolution while on menu to 0.1, started a world, the resolution was applied, but after opening the mod settings while in game and changing it reverted back to the original resolution and stop working, only after closing and reopening the world it started working again.

Image 1: Resolution theoretically at 0.1 of 4k (384x203) but as you can see on the background everything is crystal clear.

Distant horizons with shaders issue

Downloaded distant horizons installed this shader and every time I load a world the distant horizons low poly chunks start glitching, but when I remove the resolution mod the world load fine and no glitch is visible.

The developer is trying to fix this bug.

Image 1 should be fixed. Regarding Issue 2, is this still an issue with the latest DH version?
