                            AZATHOTH NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

1. DEFINITIONS

   "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and
   distribution as defined in this document.

   "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner (Azathoth Team) or entity authorized
   by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

   "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or legal entity exercising
   permissions granted by this License.

   "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
   including but not limited to software source code, documentation source,
   and configuration files.

   "Non-Commercial Use" shall mean use that is not Commercial Use, including
   but not limited to:

   (a) Personal learning, study, and education;
   (b) Academic research and teaching;
   (c) Private servers for personal use with friends and family where no
       revenue is generated;
   (d) Contributing to the development of the Work itself.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor hereby
   grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

   (a) Use the Work for Non-Commercial purposes;

   (b) Reproduce and prepare Derivative Works based upon the Work for

   (a) If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable, such
       provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it

   (b) This License represents the complete agreement concerning the subject
       matter hereof.

   (c) This License shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic
       of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
