you should add stunt slam to attribute swap thing. i will appreciate that so much. to 1.21.11

I dont know Mace PvP much but i think you can just use the newly added Attribute Swap Module to swap from axe to mace

I believe for stun slam, you need to take off your elytra just before attacking
