[Bug]: You rss link in the footer appears broken from anything except your home page

Bug Description

tl;dr in title. The rss icon in the footer works on the homepage, seemingly nowhere else.

Expected Behavior

Function? I don't know your intent, whether you want a global rss or a rss for home and blog separately etc

Steps to Reproduce

Go to site non-home page and click the rss icon?
