Error when installing on macOS Monterey

This is just the tool I was looking for, but unfortunately it gives me the following message when I try to install it on macOS Monterey.

“Send.via.Outlook.pkg” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

I know the latest release is old and that you've probably moved on with what you are using yourself but felt it was nice to provide the feedback. I'll be looking for an alternative.

@doncqueurs, if you right click the file and select "Open", you will be able to run the installer.

However, I have not been using this tool for a while as I have had problems making it work.

But maybe I should give it another go, now that others are using it too 😉

Well, I created a Print Plugin with Automator, which was actually fairly easy.

The following steps worked:

1. Open Automator
2. Click New and select document type "Print Plugin"
3. Then add a "Run AppleScript" block and add the following code:

on run {input, parameters}
	
	set PDFAttachment to input
	
	tell application "Microsoft Outlook"
		set newMessage to make new outgoing message
		tell newMessage
			make new attachment with properties {file:PDFAttachment}
		end tell
		open newMessage
		get newMessage
		activate
	end tell
	return input
end run

With this you should be good to go.
