New Platform Release v3.1.1 is now available

Notable updates in this release:

• Updated stac_ipyleaflet to 0.3.5 for Pangeo.
• DPS authentication support--jobs can now access secure API endpoints such as aws.earthdata_s3_credentials. **
• Added memory extension in the footer bar of Jupyter workspaces indicating memory usage within a notebook.
• Presigned url bug fix for missing output when generated s3 urls.
• Fixed maap-py.deleteAlgorithm() 404 error.
• Updated MAAP help tour.
• isce2 workspaces are now deprecated.
• Migrated DPS instances to OL8.

**Applies to newly registered algorithms. NOTE: DPS API endpoints for submitting jobs and registering algorithms are no longer publicly accessible as part of this change. If using the maap-py library from outside of the ADE or DPS environments, you must set the MAAP_PGT environment variable before calling these methods.

How to get the new release:

Currently running workspaces will not automatically update to the new release.
Users are requested to start up a new workspace with version 3.1.1
