2. Checking for the right match of groups with available interim accomod.
3. Matching the groups with interim accomod.
4. Dispatching the groups in the right cars to interim accomod.
5. Validate the passports,
6. Typing in the person details per group (name, first name, age, gender, contact mobile number)
7. checking target-wish-city and document in refugeerouter
8. document further group details for special needs (disability, medical, baby) or requirements
9. having contact with backoffice to update / check matching
