Gear Missing Stats

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but, while fooling around I gave myself a set of BLU Reforged Blu Relic +3 gear. I noticed that only the boots were adding stats. I searched around for a table I could find and edit the stats on items but I didn't see anywhere to do that. I obtained the items no problem but since the boots were the only ones that seems to be working I figured it just might be a unfinished project.
Can someone point me to where I can find and edit the data for gear stats?

Note: 75+ items are being gradually worked on. Not all effect modifiers have been implemented.

I have done most of the missing gear in the attached file. Like N3ckB3ard said, not all mods are implemented, but it should save you a lot of time.

I am slowly trying to add in all the missing equipment mods. But, mods changes can get rather big, so doing it in smaller parts to make reviews easier. I have added all the missing equipment to items_basic and items_equipment. Next I will probably start working on making sure items_weapon is complete, and add in more mods. Then, I can focus on incremental additions to item_mods for everything that is still missing.

It'll take a bit. I've started, but I need to check everything. There are some incorrect values and incorrect notes, so I can't directly drop in. It is helping add in more missing ones faster though than me creating from scratch, so all good.

When I submit, I will credit you also, and I'll only submit the ones from your file, nothing else, so it will be easy to distinguish what came from your initial work.

I'll probably be able to complete by next week. I hope xD

Item_mods_UPDATE.txt

So, still slowly working on it. Here is what I have right now that isn't added. Please note, the top has a bunch of item ids for reference, and everything after "left off" still needs verified or completed. But, there are 1600+ lines complete that will be submitted at some point.
Just dropping it here in case anyone wants to submit some over the Chinese New Year, since I won't be around. It is based on @vitus0123456 's starting work.

Does anyone have a updated Item_mods per chance?
