[Feature] 子目录功能需求

1. 现在有了子目录，但是每次新增一个会话，都要先在项目里增加，再拖拽到对应目录，非常不便
2. 现在子目录只有一个层级

### Proposed solution / 建议方案

1. 在子目录层面增加+按钮，直接在子目录里新建对话
2. 子目录里增加下级目录，满足更精细的目录管理需求
