[Feature Request] Optional SIMKL Integration

First of all, thank you for creating Manatan.

The project provides one of the most streamlined language-learning experiences available today for anime, manga, novels, and EPUBs. The combination of subtitle lookups, OCR, dictionary integration, Anki generation, and cross-platform support creates a unique immersion-focused workflow.

I would like to suggest adding optional SIMKL integration for anime tracking and synchronization.

Why SIMKL?

SIMKL is a media tracking platform supporting anime, TV shows, and movies. It provides APIs for watch history, watchlists, ratings, and progress synchronization.

Since Manatan already supports anime playback, progress tracking, and device synchronization, SIMKL could serve as an optional external tracking provider.

Possible Implementation

A lightweight implementation could include:

1. SIMKL OAuth login

All functionality could remain completely optional.
