The 1.21.11 library doesn't work

I downloaded librarian and the nbt files bud when i put them in the hotbars file and launched minecraft, they werent there. The files were fine and everything was good but the items just werent showing up.

Apologies for the week delay, GitHub didn't notify me of this issue.

Unable to reproduce; On a fresh 1.21.11 instance with Fabric API, Librarian and using NBT Library v1.2.0, I can load all hotbars and items perfectly fine.

• Are the .nbt files inside of .minecraft/hotbars? Ensure they aren't inside of NBT-Library-1.2.0
• Is Librarian enabled and working? Ensure you have Librarian v3.1.2, and that it is enabled.
• Have you navigated to the negative pages? Ensure you navigate to -1 through -9 via the keybind or in-menu buttons.

I can confirm that it works, you just need to visit the negative pages.
